At VenTa, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a 30-day return policy.

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team within 30 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on how to proceed. Please note that all returned items must be in their original condition and packaging, and any accessories or accompanying materials must be included.

Once we receive your return, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please note that the original shipping fees are non-refundable, and you will be responsible for any return shipping costs.

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer service team within 3 days of receiving your order. We will provide you with a return authorization number and a prepaid shipping label to send the item back to us.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to exchange an item, you must initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.
