Limited Warranty

VenTa is committed to providing high-quality products to our customers. All products are warrants to the original purchaser to be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of purchase.

Coverage

If you experience any issues with your product within the one (1) year manufacturer warranty period, please contact us immediately. We will evaluate the issue and, if necessary, provide a replacement or repair.

Exclusions

This manufacturer warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  1. Accident, abuse, misuse, or neglect.
  2. Improper assembly, installation, or maintenance.
  3. Unauthorized repairs or modifications.
  4. Normal wear and tear.

VenTa reserves the right to determine if a product is eligible for replacement or repair under this manufacturer warranty.

In the event that the original product is no longer available, we reserve the right to substitute it with a product of equal value. Our obligation under this warranty is limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product, and we will not be responsible for any consequential or incidental damages.

Initiate a Claim

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer service team at customerservice@ventaeyewear.com. We may require proof of purchase and/or photos of the product in question. Once your warranty claim is approved, you will receive authorization along with instructions on how to proceed.

This warranty is only applicable to products purchased directly from VenTa. If you purchased a VenTa product from a third-party retailer, please refer to their warranty policy.

Shipping Cost

The Purchaser is responsible for a flat shipping fee of $5.99 when returning the defective Product. This fee covers the cost of shipping the replacement or repaired Product back to the Purchaser.

By purchasing a VenTa product, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of this warranty policy.
